1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Medtech OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Medtech OS is a Notion integration that automates document export, revision tracking, and approval workflows. The Service connects to your Notion workspace to read database content, generate formatted documents, and manage revision lifecycles.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the required Notion database schema as described on the Reference page.
• Keeping your Notion integration token confidential and secure.
• Ensuring that the content in your Notion workspace complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Managing access to your Notion workspace and the integrations connected to it.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content in your Notion workspace and the documents generated by the Service. Innolitics retains all rights to the Service software, including its source code, design, and documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Innolitics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

6. Termination

Innolitics may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Notion integration from your workspace.

7. Changes to These Terms

Innolitics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
